Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Elbow (UNS N08825) is an austenitic nickel – iron – chromium – molybdenum – copper alloy containing high levels of chromium, molybdenum, nickel and copper to provide high levels of corrosion resistance to both moderately oxidizing and moderately reducing environments. Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Tee is used in chemical processing, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production, propeller shafts and oil and gas well piping. The hot – working range for Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Cross is 1600 to 2150 Degree F, where most any commercial coolant may be used in the machining operations. Meanwhile, these Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Cap are also being offered in different sizes and shapes to our customers. The molybdenum in Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Fittings prevents resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Coupling is also used in chemical process equipment, propeller tubes, tank trucks; and spent nuclear fuel element recovery. The high nickel content gives Incoloy 825 Forged Threaded Union exceptional resistance to general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, inter – granular corrosion as well as stress corrosion cracking.
